About the Founder

Anne Noble

Anne has spent her entire career immersed in Wealth and Asset Management. She spent 20 years as a Financial Services partner with Korn Ferry, where she focused on recruiting top talent in the Asset Management sector. This experience included recruiting for both Traditional and Alternative Investment firms (including Private Equity and Real Estate), Wealth Management professionals, Capital-Raising and Distribution professionals, and Family Offices. In addition, Anne consults to clients on the continuing evolution of the Wealth and Asset Management sector in Canada. Prior to entering the executive search business, Anne spent 4 years with RBC Capital Markets in equity research.

Anne earned a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics, a Bachelor’s Degree from Huron College at Western University, and is a CFA charter holder. Anne’s style is highly personalized, and she has built strong, long-term relationships. She is a trusted business advisor to clients and candidates alike.
